Farm to Market Road 544 is a Farm to Market Road in Collin County, Texas that runs from State Highway 121 eastward to State Highway 78. FM 544 passes through the cities of Plano, Murphy, and Wylie within Denton and Collin Counties. A segment of FM 544 in Plano is locally referred to as 15th Street.
Like many Farm to Market Roads in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, little of it is rural due to rapid growth of the region, although it was such when it was designated. It is entirely surface route, much of it divided carriageway.
